The online Policy and Procedure Manual is intended to use as a guide to the workings of our organisation by RFWA staff and clients. The manual is not a contract between the employer and employees, or RFWA and it's clients and where discrepanices may arise herein between it and the RFWA Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (the EBA which covers staff employed by RFWA), the terms of the agreement will govern.
