Transitional Living
Programs are based at Bassendean and Hilton, with a recovery focus, are designed to lead to successful integration into the community, by preparing you for independent living and reducing reliance on our support. You are encouraged to form supportive relationships with the people important to you, thus avoiding the potential problems of isolation upon leaving our service after your 12 month stay.
