Lyn Willox, Chair Lyn Willox joined the Board of Management in May 2001, bringing with her many years of professional experience caring for people with physical and intellectual disabilities as a senior nurse with the Cerebral Palsy Association of WA. In addition, she has had over 30 years of personal experience as a carer of a person with mental illness. Lyn has also brought to the Board of Management experience and skills in human resources and management. Lyn was elected Chair in October 2006. |

Peter Carden Peter Carden was elected to the Board of Management in April 2004. He has worked as an accountant for many years, and owns his own business in Merredin. He has been involved in many causes over the years, including fundraising as well as board membership of the Merredin hospital. Peter also has extensive experience in property development. |

Digby Munro, Consumer Representative Digby Munro was appointed to the Board of Management in November 2003, as a consumer representative. Previously living in one of our Residential Rehabilitation sites, he is now living independently while receiving Supported Independent Living services from the East Fremantle Team. Digby has contributed significantly in promoting the aims of Richmond Fellowship WA and the issues facing people with mental illness. He has been very active in promoting consumer participation and advocating for consumers through representation on committees. Digby is currently employed with the Carer Respite program and also volunteers with the State Emergency Services. |

David Shearer David Shearer joined the Board of Management in December 1996 after his retirement as a solicitor with the Crown Law Department. David was on the original Steering Committee that established the organisation and so is able to not only contribute his legal expertise to the Board of Management, but also his knowledge of the reasons for which Richmond Fellowship WA was first established. |

Shirley Lancaster Shirley Lancaster joined the Board of Management in March 2006. She is an accountant and registered Tax Agent, having worked in the public sector for the last 22 years, and more recently operating her own business. Shirley is actively involved in 'Business and Professional Women' and is a charter member of BPW Belmont. She is the inaugural Treasurer and more recently took on the role of State Treasurer. Prior to studying as a mature age student, Shirley worked in a variety of roles within the industries of retail, wholesale and manufacturing. In her capacity as an accountant she is also a member of Richmond Fellowship WA's Finance Committee. |

Eric Atkins Eric Atkins rejoined the Board of Management in April 2005. Eric was also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and ran an accounting firm from 1969 to 2003. Eric has also been appointed to Richmond Fellowship WA's Finance Committee. For the past 33 years, he has been actively involved in Rotary International at a local level and has held all offices within his Rotary Club including that of President. |

Michael Cahill Mike joined the Board of Management in November 2008 and brings a wide diversity of experience in both Mental Health and Aged Care. He is currently employed as Senior Project Officer with South Metropolitan Area Health Services; Mental Health Services and prior to this was employed with Alzheimer's Australia WA Ltd as Carer Support Coordinator. He has presented at many National and International conferences on Global Ageing, Dementia and Mental Health. Mike is a Churchill Fellow and has degrees in Psychology and Social Science. He believes that his diverse experience; from mining to marketing and rural to resources, will be of benefit to the board. |

Eric Baines Eric joined the Richmond Fellowship Board of Management with effect from August 2009. Now retired, Eric has been employed over many years in the field of Human Resource management at a senior management and executive level within a number of private and government organisations both at the state and national level. His roles have also included the management of change, communication and consultative aspects and has had significant experience in contributing to the strategic direction of organisations across all levels of business and operations. Throughout his career, Eric has provided high level support and advice and is confident of being able to apply these skills to the Richmond Fellowship Board. |
